• Full-Scope Care with Advanced Technology: You’ll have the chance to practice comprehensive eye care, from routine exams to disease management and surgical co-management. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments like the Marco OPD3, OPTOS, OCT-A, ERG, Humphrey Fields, IPL/RF therapeutic equipment, and SLT/YAG lasers.

• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a schedule that offers 4 days per week, plus 2 Saturday mornings per month. No evenings, no Sundays, and no travel. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy life in this scenic, affordable community.

• Competitive Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $75/hour (Approx. $149,400 annually)
  • Benefits:
    • Retirement Contribution: 2% employer contribution ($2,988 annually)
    • Health Insurance: 50% covered (~$3,000 annually)
    • License, Malpractice, DEA: Paid in full
    • Paid Time Off (PTO): 8 days (72 hours)
    • Paid Holidays: Includes major holidays (New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, etc.)
    • CE Stipend: $1,500 annually for Continuing Education

• No Upfront Cost to Partnership: After your first year, you have the opportunity to earn shares in the practice with no out-of-pocket costs—a rare chance for ownership in a thriving business!

• Tuition Reimbursement: We’re committed to your growth. Receive up to $150,000 in tuition reimbursement over the next 5 years to help with your student loans or further education.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As our Optometrist, you will:

• Provide comprehensive eye exams, from routine vision assessments to advanced diagnostics.
• Manage and co-manage various eye diseases (e.g., glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy).
• Work with patients on vision correction needs, including glasses, contacts, and more.
• Help surgical co-management and consult with specialists when needed.
• Maintain a positive, patient-focused environment with the support of a knowledgeable team.
