We are an Optometry and Medical Practice: We are seeking an Optometrist experienced in diagnosing and managing ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye disease, and macular degeneration. If you are not experienced in these areas, our other physicians will be happy to upskill your capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest diagnostic technology, including OCT, fundus photography (Optos), and more.
Collaborative Environment: Join a diverse team of experienced optometrists and ophthalmologists who work together in a collaborative care model, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients. Your practice will be supported by a well-trained team of scribes, clinic assistants, and licensed opticians.
$250,000 first year guaranteed Compensation & Excellent Benefits: Earn a competitive salary of $250,000, which is comprised of a signing bonus of $70,000, and base salary of $180,000, and a clearly defined bonus structure where other providers are earning over $300,000 per year.
