PineCone Vision Center is looking to hire an Optometrist to join our team in St. Cloud, MN.

As an associate Doctor of Optometry at PineCone Vision Center you will be responsible for

direct patient care and fostering the growth of the practice. You will be responsible in helping design, enhance and facilitate our staff training program, as well as be accountable for administrative tasks that benefit the corporation.

Associate Responsibilities also include:

• Growth of personal practice through outreach, intra-office recall, establishing referral networks, etc.

• Helping increase and maintain co-management relationships.

• Periodic seminars to interested patients.
• Work with other trained and experienced OD’s.
• Work with optometry extern students and become adjunct professor for - ICO, PUCU, NECO, IAUPR, MCO, Midwestern, PCO.
• Utilize cutting edge technology in a progressive practice.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $130,000- $200,000 First Year Compensation.
• 401K Matching Retirement Plan
• Temp housing available.

• Production based Bonus (avg $10,000-$20,000 / year) – no cap.

• 20 Days Paid Time Off (PTO – includes CE and vacation time) .

• Annual reimbursement for meetings, ($2500).
