Independent optometry group seeking full-time optometrist with commitment to full scope optometry and excellence in patient outcomes to join our team. Start off immediately with a full schedule of patients, high-quality staff and equipment. Horizon EyeCare Professionals, a Vision Source member, is located in Owatonna, MN, just one hour south of downtown Minneapolis in the heart of Southern Minnesota. Owatonna offers the advantage of small town living with great schools, including a new high school. It is within an hour of an international airport, professional sporting events and nationally renowned medical care. This established, multi- provider four practice focuses on excellence in primary care as well as ocular disease diagnosis, treatment and management, geriatrics, contact lenses and co-management of cataract and refractive surgery patients. Technology includes Officemate EHR, Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer, Optos, Marco TRS 6100 Refractive Systems Topcon CA-80 Topographer, Firefly Slit Lamp imaging systems, and iVue 80 OCT system.
As an Associate Optometrist at Horizon, you will play a vital role in fostering the professional growth of our staff and building lasting relationships with your patients and the community. A generous compensation package for a full-time associate includes:
$150,000 base salary based on a 40 hour work week, plus up to $150,000 for student loan reimbursement
Potential bonus based on productivity and effort in being part of the Horizon EyeCare Team
3% match of retirement contributions
