About Us:

Levin Eyecare offers comprehensive medical, surgical, and routine vision services. Our in-house ophthalmologists and optometrists bring over 100 years of combined diagnostic, optical, and surgical experience. Our team has received numerous accolades in ophthalmology, genetic research, cataract evaluations, lens implants, teaching, and community service.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Conduct eye exams using advanced optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results.

Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases, injuries, and disorders of the visual system.

Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids.

Provide appropriate patient follow-up and care recommendations.

Offer advice and answer questions about vision and optical issues.

Counsel patients on surgical and non-surgical options to meet their visual needs.

Deliver outstanding customer service in all patient interactions.

Direct staff and assist in practice development.

Maintain accurate and timely health records.

Qualifications/Skills:

Strong understanding of optometry principles and best practices.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

General computer proficiency.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.

Education/Experience:

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.

Active state optometry license.

Commitment to quality health care with compassion, kindness, and dignity.

Preferred: Two-plus years of optometry experience.
