ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Ophthalmology located in Greenville, NC are seeking full-time optometrists to join our expanding team. Completion of residency training preferred.

Outpatient clinic conveniently located near hospital with state-of the art equipment
Perform comprehensive eye exams and additional specialized testing and therapy as indicated for new and established patients
Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease; conduct diabetic eye exams and evaluation of dry eye disease, cataracts and glaucoma
Order and interpret diagnostic images such as corneal topography and tomography, fluorescein angiography, specular microscopy, corneal pachymetry, anterior and posterior segment OCT, ocular photography, and other special study instruments
Prescribe corrective spectacles and contact lenses
Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients
Conduct low vision evaluations
Triage and handle urgent eye concerns and emergencies
Partake in rotating call for the practice
