The PC Clinical Director will be a Board-Certified Optometrist or Ophthalmologist with multiple years of practice. They are responsible for the successful day-to-day management and operation of all USV Optometry of Indiana, PC vision services. As a member of the U.S. Vision - USV Optometry of Indiana, PC leadership team, the PC Clinical Director will provide leadership and clinical direction for optometric staff practicing in or adjacent to optical centers operated by U.S. Vision in the state of Indiana. They will assist in recruiting, hiring, and placing qualified optometrists to provide vision services as needed for proper professional staffing at the doctor offices associated with U.S. Vision stores in Indiana. In addition, the Director will be responsible for overseeing all USV Optometry of Indiana, PC staff, ensuring the delivery of the highest-quality eye care, and promoting the continued growth and success of the vision services staff. Lastly, they will support the mission, achievement of goals, organizational quality, and patient-centered care of USV Optometry of Indiana, PC and U.S. Vision.
