We are a two-office practice in a beautiful West Virginia. Our rural location allows us to practice full scope optometry in the medical model. We are very busy and ready to grow.
Our main office was established in 1983. We added a branch office in 1998. Our main office is a 4000 square foot facility built in 2009. Our branch was opened in the 1960's. We have owned it since 1998. It is relocated in July 2022 to a newly built office. We practice in a private practice setting.
We have recently upgraded our retinal camera and OCT to Topcon Maestro. We also added LKC ERG, Olleyes VR Visual Field unit and the iCare tonometer. We are a CLIA approved site for TearLab and Inflammadry testing.
We aspire to create a lifelong doctor-patient relationship. They are our extended family.

Established in Salem in 1983, this office moved into its main location into its new facility in 2009. In 1998, a branch office was added in Harrisville. It is relocating to a newly built site in spring/summer 2022. Through it all, the mission of our office has never varied — provide the highest quality service and goods at the most affordable fee. Dr. Audia, a native of Harrison County (WV), is active in the community. He is past president of the Harrison County Parks and Recreation Commission and served fifteen consecutive terms as president of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Ritchie County Chamber of Commerce. He is a past member and President of the Salem Planning & Zoning Commission and Salem Lions Club. Dr. Audia co-authored the current Salem City Charter. He is Past President of the West Virginia Optometric Association. Dr. Audia is current chairman of the Fort New Salem Foundation and web master for Fort New Salem. He is also the web master for the Salem Apple Butter Festival. Dr. Audia is a 2018 recipient of the JEFFERSON AWARD for community service and resides with his wife, Lena in Salem. They have two daughters, Jennifer and Brittany.
