Technology-driven two location private practice seeking associate, with opportunity for partnership
 
Our three doctor, two location group practice in central Illinois is the premier eye care provider in Livingston County. With the closest ophthalmology practice over 30 miles away, Pontiac Family Eye Care & Fairbury Vision Center have been the primary eye care providers for our communities for over 100 years. We have created an opportunity for an optometrist to join our multi-specialty practice for 3 to 4.5 days per week, allowing the individual to choose if they'd prefer part-time or full-time.

• Office technology includes Lumenis OptiLight IPL, Lipiflow, Oculus Keratograph, Optos California, Marco OPD 3 wavefront autorefractor, Optovue OCT, Spectralis OCT, AdaptDx, and Marco VisuALL VRP visual field.
• All exam lanes (6 in Pontiac and 2 in Fairbury) have Marco TRS automated phoropters.
• We provide comprehensive dry eye management, myopia control, specialty contact lenses, and regional low vision services.
• Comprehensive exams are scheduled every 30 minutes, allowing time to personally connect with patients.
   

Aside from providing primary ocular health care and sub-specialty services, the best candidate will have a strong interest in practice management as this associate position leads to a rewarding partnership.

Compensation includes:

• Base pay of $550 per day in addition to a monthly 2% net production bonus
• Sign on bonus, 3 weeks paid vacation, and paid holidays
• 401k with 3% wage profit sharing and healthcare compensation plan
• Paid AOA/IOA dues, paid license and DEA renewal, paid malpractice, and allowance for continuing education
