We reward our doctors with an annual salary that starts at $120,000 DOE before production incentives, and could realistically exceed $175,000 for a high-producing OD.

Our practice is looking for an upbeat, outgoing Optometrist who enjoys both the clinical and optical side of optometry. Our ideal candidate is a team player at heart who strives to exceed patient expectations, happy providing primary care, and enjoys facilitating patient hand-offs to experienced opticians. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys a daily mix of primary care, a sprinkling of ocular disease cases, and enjoys the retail aspect of high-end optical.
What You'll Be Doing A commitment to delivering quality patient care is at the core of all that we do. Our ideal candidate shares that philosophy, and is eager to learn and develop their clinical skillset. Your regular duties will include:
Perform comprehensive eye health exams
Diagnose and assist in the treatment of dry eye
Fit and prescribe contact lenses
Prescribe corrective lenses
Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients
Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
Maintain detailed patient records regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress
Handle eyecare emergencies
We are looking for an experienced optometrist with:
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
Valid state license to practice optometry
Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
