Northwest Permanente is currently seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our Eye Care team here in Portland, Oregon, Southwest Washington, and the surrounding area. This is a float position servicing several clinics with a primary home base. Our practice locations include ophthalmological and contact lens services. Our medical centers are fully equipped with the latest technologies and our teams includes skilled, well-trained, certified assistants that provide support to our doctors. We have full service Optical dispensaries at most of our sites and use Epic at all practice locations.

You must have a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry.
We prefer one-year OD Residency, or a minimum three years of clinical experience with a history of chronic disease management.
You must have an unrestricted Oregon and Washington State Medical license and unrestricted federal-issued DEA.
