Aran Eye Associates is a well-established OD / MD progressive practice with multiple locations in South Florida, specifically Dade and Broward Counties. South Florida has incredible beaches and great year-round weather. There are also endless options for local entertainment throughout the year from dining, festivals, museums, sporting events, boat shows and live music events. We are seeking full or part time medical optometrists to become a part of our growing medical/surgical practice. Enjoy a team atmosphere, working with other optometrists, general ophthalmologists as well as other subspecialties such as Cornea, Glaucoma, Refractive, Plastic and Retina. Enjoy teaching externs and optometric residents. Practice full scope optometry diagnosing and managing disease with state-of-the-art equipment and a large, knowledgeable support staff. Each OD has work-up techs, doing testing and working up the patients. The practice on call schedule is shared between Optometry/Ophthalmology staff. We offer a highly Competitive Base Salary and productivity bonus. We are a medically based practice and promote patient safety, excellent customer service and quality of care. We are closed all major holidays.  The hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5 pm. We offer a competitive base salary, 401 K, malpractice and long-term disability insurance. Residency training and Spanish speaking is not mandatory but would be considered an asset for the positions.
