About our Practice Location

Our practice is located in beautiful Billings, Montana, one of the fastest growing cities in the US. Billings is the regional area for commerce. In fact, Billings was named the "Magic City" due to its rapid growth and its strong economy. Billings has a large medical and healthcare community which draws from neighboring areas. Even though Billings is the largest city in Montana with a population of 170,000, it is a short commute to the other side of town.

Activities in and around Billings include hiking, rock climbing, skiing, mountain climbing, fishing, camping, disc golf, golf, the downtown skateboard park, boating, motorcycle trails, golf, mountain biking, rappelling, extensive walking and bike trails, art walks, concerts, food fairs and rodeos. We are just an hour away from some of the most incredible ski mountains in the country, and we're very close to several lakes and rivers.

If you like state parks, Yellowstone National Park is just an hours drive, and Glacier National Park is a six hours drive!

About the practice

We are a well-established private practice who is known throughout the area for exceptional patient care and friendly personal service. We practice thorough and professional full scope optometric care which includes routine and medical eyecare, contact lenses and specialty contact lenses (such as scleral lenses), and surgical comanagement. We also diagnose, treat and monitor common conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts.

We provide the highest quality of care to patients of all ages. We treat our patients like they are our family and therefore we have had patients that have been with us for many years! We also have an amazing staff that is incredibly supportive.

About the optometrist position

Our new associate optometrist will be a welcome addition to our growing team. A passion to provide the highest level of eye care and clinical expertise is essential to providing the best experience we can! We offer the latest state of the art technology to assist in providing the best eye care to our patients.

Our technology includes:

Cirrus OCT
Fundus camera
Automated Visual Fields
Optomap
Corneal Topographer
Digital refracting system
Lipiflow

Additionally, we use Crystal EMR.

The ideal optometrist will:

Provide the highest quality patient care with a focus on patient education
Have a friendly demeanor to build strong doctor-patient relationships
Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and utilize office technology to deliver the best possible care
Be comfortable fitting contact lenses as well as specialty contact lenses such as scleral lenses
Manage conditions such as anterior segment conditions, glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts
Enjoy working as a team in the best interest of our patients and the practice
