We are seeking an optometrist who enjoys providing the full scope of optometry and has an interest in vision therapy and neuro-vision rehabilitation.
We see patients who need routine eye health exams with contact lenses to patients with complex medical histories requiring multi-disciplinary care.
We have an extensive referral network that utilizes our expertise in diagnosing, treating and managing patients with binocular, visual processing, visual spatial and visual motor disorders.
We are also a multi-disciplinary clinic with a full-time occupational therapist who specializes in neuro-vision rehabilitation of patients with traumatic brain injuries, strokes and chronic post concussion vision symptoms.

Optometrist Job Duties & Responsibilities
The ideal OD candidate is patient, team-oriented, and customer-oriented.
Your regular duties would include:
Performing comprehensive pediatric and adult eye health exams (10-15 patients/day)
Diagnosing, treating and managing pediatric and adult ocular disease
Diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with binocular disorders, visual perceptual disorders, post concussion vision symptoms and vision disorders resulting from vascular disease
Prescribing corrective lenses
Prescribing and evaluating fit of simple to complex contact lenses (i.e. RGPs, scleral)
Performing sensorimotor evaluations
Maintaining detailed patient records regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress
Discussing and overseeing vision therapy and neuro-vision therapy program with on-staff OT

Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
Valid state license to practice optometry
