Conestoga Eye in Lancaster, PA and Hershey, PA seeks a full time optometrist.

We are a heavily tech-favored practice and consider ourselves a paperless practice. 

In the last year, we have doubled our physical space in Lancaster and added our new location in Hershey. We see continued growth in patient volume, even after COVID. 

We are a heavily medically-focused practice with two MDs specializing in Eye Plastics and Pediatric Ophthalmology, and a residency-trained Pediatric Optometrist. We are looking for someone comfortable seeing adults and children for both routine and medical exams. Our practice is fully integrated into EHR/EMR. 

The ideal candidate would be interested in anterior surface disease, blepharitis, dry eye (as well some interest or experience with pediatrics and following amblyopia). The Optometrist will also prescribe eyeglasses and/or contact lenses, as needed and coordinate with the optician. Additional opportunity to participate in and conduct research (PEDIG and commercial studies in Pediatric ophthalmology, dry eye, eyelid etc).
